親愛的國民：
My fellow citizens,

今日是我國創立以降第一個新年，恭祝各位新年快樂，身心康泰。
This is the first new year since our beloved nation was established. I wish you all a happy New Year and many happy returns.
有幸認識才華洋溢的諸位實在是朕的榮幸。
Getting to know you all talented people is a great honour for me.
在世界逐漸黑暗，獨裁政體抬頭的今日，我國依然奉行君主立憲制度，讓國民的意志主宰國是，實在可貴而難得。
The world keeps getting dark, and authoritarian regimes rise. Fortunately, our nation still upholds constitutional monarchy and allows individual citizens to dictate politics.
冀望往後域多利王國能夠長存，我們能夠靠在一起，擁抱明日。
Long live our Victorian nation. Wish us could stay together, and embrace our future.
再次謹祝諸君新年快樂，二〇二四一切安好。
